Hello friends,
Here’s August, July is gone.
I know this is a very late update considering today is Thursday, but it’s better I put it out there.
July had to be one of the toughest months of 2023 for me, I really went through a lot; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I also lost my current job on the first day of July due to a restrained project budget. So I have to dust my resume and get ready for what I don’t like — Applications.
In all these, with all the doubts, one thing that remained certain was my drive to keep learning. So even when I was running from everything else, I didn’t run from learning.
Summary: Yes, I clean up my mess from last week and was bold.
We’ll always meet life-changing moments and moments that question all we’ve embraced. Regardless, you have a choice.
Progress so far 🦄
You guys, let’s celebrate small wins!
🦄 My learning progress
I paused my Python lessons because I had to take SQL lessons. I tried doing a few lessons last week and realized I’m becoming rusty so maybe I should make time for Python practice this week.
I would be finishing my management course this week and receiving a badge of completion, which gets me excited and I enjoyed the course.
I finished the first course in my IBM Data Science Coursera 10-part program and last night I got approved for financial aid so now I can continue with the program. I received my first badge
🥑 This week
Remain consistent with my data science course
Do SQL projects while learning from Alex the Analyst
Job application

So right now currently on a job hunt at the same time rebuilding my developer portfolio... Looking forward to more articles from you ;)
